This book is bound in maroon cloth covers with decorative gold gilt titling and decoration on the spine and cover.
The boards are in very good condition for their age with very mild rubbing, no spots, very minor edge wear, and no fading on the spine. Inside pages are lightly toned with a random spot here and there. Tissue in place between frontis and title page. Pages are secured by what appears to be the original string binding. Gold gilt edges on top of outside pages. Beautiful, scarce copy of this 112 year old book!
